Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC)

The Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC) program provides case management for children birth to age 5 to support their developmental, social, emotional, and physical well-being. Services are free of charge and provided regardless of family income or insurance. 

CMARC Care Managers work with the child’s family to link them to services to meet their needs.

Examples of services are:

  • Therapies (speech, occupational, physical, behavioral, etc)
  • Early Intervention services
  • Primary Care Provider
  • WIC and other community resources
