Iredell County Parks & Recreation Department will host a free Major League Baseball (MLB) Pitch, Hit & Run Competition for area youth.

Who Can Participate: Boys & Girls ages 7-14 years old as of July, 17, 2021
Ages 7/8       July 18, 2021 to July 17, 2014
Ages 9/10     July 18, 2010 to July 17, 2012
Ages 11/12    July 18, 2007 to July 17, 2010
Ages 13/14    July 18, 2005 to July 17, 2008

Pitch Hit & Run™ is the official skills competition of Major League Baseball®. This grassroots program is designed to provide youngsters with an opportunity to compete, free of charge, in a competition that recognizes individual excellence in core baseball/softball skills. 

Boys and girls are divided into four age divisions: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, and have the chance to advance through three levels of competition, including Team Championships and the Finals during the World Series™. 

All participants should register online at https://pitchhitrun2021.leagueapps.com/events/2231818-iredell-county-parks--recreation prior to Saturday, May 1, 2021 and plan to bring age verification (copy/picture of birth certificate or similar) to the competition.
